Last Button —
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 11, 2026
This policy explains local game storage, information processed by Apple and Google, and what happens when you contact Nerdena.
1. Overview
Nerdena provides Last Button, a one-tap arcade game for iOS. The game does not require a Nerdena account or ask you to enter personal contact details. Nerdena does not operate a player-account backend or a separate analytics service for Last Button.
Settings and your best score are stored on your device. Apple provides Game Center and purchases; Google provides advertising and advertising privacy messages. These services may process data as described below. Local storage is separate from information sent to these providers.
2. Local device storage
Last Button saves game settings and your best score locally so they remain available between runs. Purchase entitlement information may also be kept locally to remember whether Remove Ads is active.
Nerdena does not receive a copy of this local storage on its own servers. Submitting a score through Game Center is a separate use of Apple’s service, described in section 5.
3. Google Mobile Ads / AdMob
Last Button uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob to show ads. Google may process network and device information, including an IP address used to estimate approximate location, device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and SDK crash and performance information. Uses include delivering and measuring ads, improving the service, and preventing fraud.
This information is processed through Google’s advertising service, rather than a Nerdena player database. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is available only when Apple’s tracking permission permits access. Ad delivery and personalization also depend on your region and applicable consent choices.
Read Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google’s Privacy Policy. Last Button does not add a separate analytics or crash-reporting service; advertising SDK diagnostics are part of Google’s processing.
4. UMP and App Tracking Transparency
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages applicable advertising privacy messages and consent choices. Depending on your region and consent status, it may present a form about advertising data use. Where required and available, you can revisit these choices through Settings → Privacy Options in Last Button.
Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission is separate from UMP consent. Last Button asks for authorization before tracking that requires ATT, including access to IDFA. You can deny tracking and continue playing. Ads may still appear without IDFA where permitted by your advertising choices and applicable requirements; denying tracking does not itself remove all ads.
You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See Apple’s information about tracking permission and Google’s UMP privacy information.
5. Apple Game Center
Last Button uses Apple Game Center for the Best Score leaderboard. The game can authenticate your Game Center player, submit your best score, and display leaderboard information.
Apple processes Game Center account and game activity information. Your Game Center nickname and score may be visible to other players on the leaderboard. Manage your profile and sharing through Apple’s Game Center settings. Read Game Center & Privacy.
6. StoreKit / Remove Ads
Last Button offers an optional Remove Ads purchase through Apple’s StoreKit. Apple handles payment and transaction processing. The game checks purchase entitlement to enable ad removal and restore purchases. Nerdena does not directly receive your payment card details.
Removing ads does not delete information already processed by Apple or Google. Read App Store & Privacy for Apple’s purchase data practices.
7. Website and email support
If you email Nerdena, we receive your email address, any displayed sender name, and the message and attachments you send. We use them to respond to your support or privacy request. Please include only relevant information. Our privacy contact mailbox uses Google’s Gmail service.
The Nerdena website has no advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies added by Nerdena. Its Hostinger hosting service may process technical access logs, including IP address, request time, requested page, and browser or device information, to operate and secure the website. See Hostinger’s privacy information.
8. Retention and providers
Local game data remains on the device until changed or removed with the app’s data. Deleting the app removes its local data; this does not delete Apple’s Game Center or purchase records, or Google’s advertising records. Device backups may retain copies under your Apple settings.
Nerdena retains support correspondence for up to 12 months after closing a request, except for specific records needed for a legal obligation or claim. Apple and Google determine retention for information processed by their services. The exact retention period for this website’s hosting logs and backups has not been confirmed.
Apple and Google operate internationally and may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and Google’s data transfer information for their safeguards. Hostinger describes safeguards for hosting-related transfers in its Data Processing Addendum.
9. Your privacy choices and requests
- Use Settings → Privacy Options in Last Button to review advertising choices where required and available.
- Manage ATT permission separately in iOS Settings.
- Manage Game Center and purchases through Apple’s settings and services.
- Delete the app to remove local settings and scores. Apple and Google data must be managed separately through those services.
Where GDPR applies, ordinary website and support processing relies on Nerdena’s legitimate interests in providing a secure website and answering enquiries. Handling privacy-rights requests relies on legal obligations. Purchase entitlement checks and requested leaderboard features support the game features you use; advertising processing that requires consent relies on your consent. Apple and Google describe their own purposes and legal bases in their privacy information.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal. For data held by Nerdena, email our privacy contact; for data held by Apple or Google, use their privacy controls and request channels.
You may complain to your local data protection authority. In Poland, see UODO’s complaint information. Parents or guardians with a concern about a child’s data can use the same privacy contact.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Last Button or its services change. The date above identifies the current version.
