- email address
- phone number
- postal address
If you contact Nerdena for support by email, we may receive the information you voluntarily include in your message.

The following information may be synchronized through iCloud:
- best score

- onboarding completion status
Audio settings, selected characters or worlds, and active challenges are not currently synchronized through iCloud.
iCloud data is processed through Apple's infrastructure and is subject to Apple's privacy practices.
5. Game Center
Holy Poop! uses Apple Game Center for leaderboard functionality.
The game may:
- authenticate the local Game Center player

Holy Poop! does not use Game Center achievements at this time.
Game Center is operated by Apple. Information processed through Game Center is subject to Apple's privacy policies and settings.

The game checks whether the purchase is owned and allows purchases to be restored.
Payment and transaction processing is handled by Apple. Nerdena does not directly receive your payment card details.
7. Advertising / Google AdMob
Holy Poop! uses Google Mobile Ads / Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically process certain information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and improving ad performance.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and Google's configuration, this may include information such as:
- device identifiers
- advertising data
- advertisements viewed
- app and ad interactions
- approximate location derived from information such as IP address
- crash information
- performance information
- diagnostic information
- product interaction data
Google states that its Mobile Ads SDK may collect information such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash logs, and performance data.
8. Tracking and Consent
Holy Poop! does not currently include Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not directly access IDFA through ATTrackingManager, AdSupport, or ASIdentifierManager.
However, Google Mobile Ads is a third-party SDK and its data processing may depend on your region, consent status, Google advertising settings, and SDK configuration.
The app includes Google's User Messaging Platform as part of the advertising SDK dependencies.
Where required, Google services may use consent information to determine how advertising is provided.
Your available consent choices may depend on your location and applicable law.
9. Analytics and Diagnostics
Holy Poop! does not currently use a separate first-party analytics or crash-reporting service.
However, Google Mobile Ads may process diagnostic, crash, performance, and interaction information as part of its advertising and SDK functionality.
11. Data Retention
Locally stored game data remains on your device until it is changed, reset by the app where applicable, or removed with the application or device data.
Data synchronized through Apple services such as iCloud or Game Center may remain associated with your Apple account according to Apple's retention practices.
Advertising and diagnostic data processed by Google is retained according to Google's applicable policies and service configuration.
